PFMF Series
The Profluid MF Series, the High Pressure Coolant System, can solve the processing problem and chip blocking in automation processes by using high-pressure cutting oil.
The low pressure cutting oil is not able to pass through the cutting heat curtain that takes place from high-speed rotation processing being evaporated before reaching the cutting area, which may not enable the proper function as the cutting oil. Therefore the high-pressure coolant system enable improvement in chip-treatment capacity, and the improvement in cutting speed and tool life. The advantages of the MF series High Pressure Coolant System are the hole processing through the toll coolant, and the turning of the high pressure coolant.
Oil Separator
The oil separator is able to solve all problems caused by the tramp oil and solid. The tramp oil can cause degradation of the machine and tool functions and shorten the tool life. Also, it causes foul odor and skin disease to workers by forming various kinds of bacteria. Moreover, product failure is caused by decomposition and rust occurrence. The special features of the oil separator are, superior separation capability of separating only the tramp oil without mixing the cutting fluid, and the separation is done by physical dislocation and specific gravity difference. Also, the structure operates by supplying air using the air diaphragm pump without any extra electrical device.
