Yesodam Exciting Kimchi is seasoned with special stock which is obtained after boiling various fresh ingredients such as kelp, anchovy, herring, onion root, etc. at 100°C for 12 hours, resulting in a slightly spicy but mild taste, keeping the deep taste and flavor of kimchi.

The inserted micro filter keeps kimchi fresh and refreshing for a long time by allowing the fermentation gases to vent, and preventing outside air from entering at the same time. It also blocks microbes and removes unpleasant odors that occur during fermentation.
