[INQ. NO. 1705C36] Dae Joo Korea has been producing, selling and exporting red pepper powder for 30 years since its establishment in 1986. It imports and processes the highest-quality Chinese dried red peppers.
Although many people think that red peppers produced in China are inferior in quality, once visiting the local producers, one finds out that such perceptions are unfounded. Red pepper plants with well-matured peppers are pulled up by the roots and kept until the peppers are nicely sun-dried and selected. Produced in such a way, these peppers are superb both in taste and nutrition.
In this day and age when living without Chinese food is not so easy, Dae Joo Korea is supplying high-quality red pepper powder, produced under an HACCP-based system in the company’s highly hygienic facility, to Chungjungwon − one of the biggest food companies in Korea that is fastidious about quality. The products consist of seven types of envelope designs, each of which is packed in three to five different weights.
The company imports and processes more than 400 tons of dried red peppers annually, and exports to 24 nations including Taiwan, the Philippines. Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, the United States (LA), Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Dubai.
Due to its superior quality, even copycats imitating the packaging are found in Taiwan, and the some of the finished products are exported back to China.
