Smart Pipe Spool Shop (SPSS)
This is user-defined software that eliminates the gap between engineering and manufacturing processes and an automated pipe shop solution assuring total process quality. CLAD KOREA can manufacture this product by reflecting customers’ specific requirements, and therefore it is possible to improve productivity of the welding site and secure the stable quality.
Smart Additive Manufacturing System (SAMS)
Metal-additive manufacturing technology makes it possible to reduce waste of materials significantly and manufacture complicated components promptly, thereby emerging rapidly as an unprecedented technology in the advanced manufacturing field. Its technology generates business intelligence by streamlining the complicated additive manufacturing business process through an integrated and user-friendly solution. The company manages the AM build planning and provides complete powder traceability with control of batch splitting, blending and powder recovery management.
In addition, CLAD KOREA is expanding the business to the parts sectors of medical treatment, aerospace, power generation and defense industry by utilizing the laser hybrid bonding and cladding technology, metal 3D additive technology, 3D laser scanning technology using CAE.
