Laboratory Fermenter

For the laboratory scale fermenter, credibility and precise control are the most important factors. The FMT ST Series control, system, a touch screen computer loaded with HMI, can easily and accurately control diverse variables.

This system is a standard type fermenter for experiments, and was produced in a way enabling data to be easily input & output and processed. The laboratory fermenter by Fermentec Co., LTD features structure in a single shell vessel, with a cartridge heater and cooler applied. The 8.4 inch touch screen computer with HMI is equipped to allow easy operation, and PLC is adopted as the main control system. Moreover, the product is loaded with an interlocking control program to enable the cultivation of various conditions.

Pilot Fermenter / Plant Fermenter

The medium-scale and small-scale pilot fermenters are suitable for producing high-value precision fermentation goods or research. Pilot fermenters that are designed and produced to ASME-BPE standards to satisfy international standards cause no corrosion or abrasion, minimize material quality degeneration through delicate processing processes, and are produced after being approved as pressure vessels that are safe in high-temperature and high-pressure situations.

The compact pilot fermenters can be installed in narrow spaces or research rooms, and can be easily operated and maintained and repaired due to their automated systems and proper arrangement of devices. The Plant Fermenter by Fermentec Co., LTD adopted graphic HMI program for easy use and reliable PLX system. The highest level of credibility and safety are guaranteed through the use of PLC system.
