The method involves exposing a specimen of material, or the coupon to a process environment for a given duration, then removing the specimen for analysis. The basic measurement which is determined from corrosion coupons is weight loss, which is the weight loss taking place over the period of exposure being expressed as corrosion rate.

Locking System

Interlock safety devices are key to remove any human errors in oil & gas and other industrial fields where sequence operations are required. The types of interlocking devices are Type QT, for quarter turn operated valve such as the ball, butterfly, and ply valves. Type MT is for multi-turn operated valves, such as the gate, globe and diaphragm valves. The locking system by Gloazure requires no bolting and welding for mounting, and all constructions are in 316 stainless steel. The product is compact, simple in design, and free from maintenance.
