Cat-motif Fabric Items

[INQ. NO. 1507C37] Uncle cat is a company designing and manufacturing fabric products with a cat motif. Based in Sangsu-dong in Seoul, it runs a store/workshop where visitors can see many of cute old toys and items that inspire designers as well as a wide variety of fabrics and illustrations that are at work.

Currently, this shop provides various fabric products with motifs of cats seen around the neighborhood. Many of the manufacturing processes are done manually. The designer draws cat’s faces living in the neighborhood and makes illustrations by mixing them with vintage toys. Next, these cat illustrations are printed on fabric that is mainly used for making dolls, bags, cushions, key-rings and small decorating items.
