Cosmetic Capsule Technology

[INQ. NO. 1607C18] KPT is a major cosmetic capsule manufacturer with its plant in Osong Bio Health Science Techno Polis in Korea. Since it was established in 2004 in pursing the ‘Retinol Stabilization Research Project’ applying pharmaceutical preparation technology to cosmetics materials, KPT has developed ‘STARPHERE,’ which can compete with Unisphere of Switzerland Induchem in world markets. The product drew keen attention from global buyers in China, the USA and Europe as well as in the domestic market.

In 2010, KPT introduced ‘MAGIC CAPSULE,’ with which the company signed up an exclusive supply contract with the world’s top cosmetics company.
KPT has attended international trade fairs, receiving various awards. The company attended ‘in-cosmetics 2014,’ an international cosmetic ingredients exhibition held in Hamburg, Germany and KPT was awarded the best prize at ‘Beiersdorf Innovation Pitch Award’ promoted by Beiersdorf, which is well known as Nivea skin-care brand.
The KPT’s Emulsion Pearls technology was awarded with a prize at the ‘Beiersdorf Innovation Pitch Awards,’ and is a technology that puts o/w emulsion into beads or capsules. The Emulsion Pearls technology was developed through Chungbuk Province’s Regional Specialization Development R&D project.
KPT was also one of the four finalists at the International Journal of Cosmetic Science’s, ‘Cosmetics & Toiletries R&D Awards.’
