Functions and Characteristics
• The Bale is fed and dispensed by the Sipke Lattice to deliver an accurate weight of fiber to the electronic balance.
• The high-quality load cell supplies weight at the correct ratio to reduce costs and improve quality.

• When the feed roller compresses the fiber supplied from the blending feeder, it is opened and mixed with the beater pin or wire of the cylinder and supplied to the next process by the fan.

Functions and Characteristics
• When the fiber supplied from the conveyor is compressed by the feed roller, it is firstly opened with the beater pin of the cylinder, and it is second opened and mixed by the spike roller, and then supplied to the next process by the fan.
• Feed Roll maximizes the opening effect by using wire.
• The operation panel with high convenience is easy to operate by simple operation.
Functions and Characteristics
• Opened various kinds of fibers are uniformly mixed in the tank due to rotation of the auto blender, and the optimal mixed fiber is supplied by the conveyor and spike lattice transfer.
• The outer wall of the tank is a galvanized gold plate. The larger the tank space, the larger the amount of fiber can be stored.

Functions and Characteristics
• The fiber placed on the conveyor is automatically transferred to the lower conveyor by the optical sensor device and it is disassembled and transported by Spike Lattice and then the fiber dropped by the rotary beater is transferred to the opener.
• The gauge between the rotating Baeter and spike lattice should be adjusted within the range of 0 to 60 mm to suit the various characteristics of the fiber, such as the type and length of the fiber.
•In the opener, the feed roller compresses the vertically transferred fiber and the cylinder with the Beater Bar provides the perfect opening to increase productivity and minimize textile damage.
