The mesh belt type furnace developed and produced by SAC TNS Co., LTD are applied to continuous annealing of small quantity batch production, on holding furnace integrated production, wire multiple small products or visualizing the annealing of steel bars, and to normalize heat treatment. The product is high efficient and has high-speed dissolving ability, and 60% of energy is used for the reflection of light. Moreover, minimum installation space is required, enabling easy molten management.

Since establishment in 2009, SAC TNS Co., LTD specializes in providing heating equipment facilities and energy solution through eco-friendly and high-efficient process. Also, SAC TNS Co., LTD has technological cooperation partnership with Osaka Gas Corporation and Sanken in Japan, to lead the domestic market of thermal evaluation business. The company manages its own affiliated R&D Center to develop cutting-edge technologies regarding heating equipment to produce and commercialize products.
