Cream Breads

http://korean-products.com/inquiryBased in Andong city, some 250km southeast of Seoul, WOLYEONGGYO MOONBREAD has produced domestically famous breads made of locally produced organic wheat flour, yam, strawberry, and black sesame. The company has its own HACCP-certified, state-of-the-art factory, thus ensuring high reliability and product safety.
Called MOONBREAD, the firm’s hottest-selling cream buns utilize dairy cream, honey and naturally fermented butter. Their creams are available in five flavors, namely: green tea, red beans, strawberry, black sesame, and yogurt.

As a frozen food, the company’s breads are easy to distribute and are suitable for a between-meal snack or a meal replacement. For the consumers’ health, the maker does not use any antibiotic materials. The locally produced yams used for its breads help to promote the consumers’ digestion. By mixing starch as an ingredient, the firm’s breads are chewy and have high viscosity.

The company’s cream buns are highly reputed for their harmonious tastes combining traditional and modern sensations. Last year, the firm sold $25,000 worth of breads to Vietnam consumers via the VGS home shopping channel.
Encouraged by the overseas popularity of its breads, WOLYEONGGYO MOONBREAD is developing other indigenous products for export. Early this year, the maker participated in the K-Product Trend Show in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. After the show, it held business meetings with regional buyers for making B2B contracts.

The firm has been designated as a ‘6th Industry Enterprise’ by the Korean governmental authorities. It has also signed cooperation agreements with the provincial government to facilitate overseas market exploration. Under the agreement, it is shipping its products to consumers via TV home shopping channels in Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
