Multi-joint assist suit
Bionic Suit Full assists the shoulders, elbows, and waist as an integrated three-joint system. Coordinated support across the upper limbs and lower back is intended for complex work involving these areas at the same time during work and care tasks.
Lower-body assist suit
Bionic Suit Lower supports movement and strength around the hips, knees, and ankles during daily activity. It is designed to reduce joint burden and provide steadier, more stable motion during walking, posture maintenance, and other activities involving repeated lower-limb movement.
Upper-body assist suit
Bionic Suit Upper concentrates assistance at the shoulders and elbows. It supports people who repeatedly raise or use their arms, reducing fatigue and physical burden while helping the wearer carry out upper-body work more comfortably and consistently over extended tasks.
All four Bionic Suit models are built on Fabric Muscle, a textile woven from ultra-fine shape-memory-alloy coils. The fabric itself contracts like muscle and functions as an artificial-muscle actuator rather than adding a conventional rigid robotic mechanism.
Fabric Muscle is designed to provide assistance without restricting the wearer’s movement. Its garment-like form places support directly at the relevant body area, forming the shared technical basis for the waist, upper-body, lower-body, and multi-joint suits.
Each suit selects joints according to its target task while retaining this shared textile-actuator concept, and the Waist, Full, Lower, and Upper models form a modular family ranging from concentrated single-area support to assistance across several connected movements.
