Unlike other deep-fried food products that use wet dough and ingredients, Oh Hgg Sook’s Traditional Crisps use the traditional method by frying completely dried ingredients for three to five seconds, thus retaining a crisp texture. Also in the final stage, it is baked once again in the company’s self-developed tunnel oven to remove all grease.
