In 1996, it developed the ‘WORLD FOAM’, the one component polyurethane foam that can be applied to a variety of places, such as openings around window frames and doors, insulation and panel connection areas in apartments, houses and large buildings. In 2002, Hamil developed ‘TYTAN65B2’, a slow burning product made in accordance with DIN412 fire class B2. In 2012, Hamil also developed ‘TYTANB1’, a very slow burning product made in accordance with DIN4102 fire class B1. With this product, Hamil has captured the largest share of the domestic polyurethane foam market. It has exported the product to overseas market such as Japan, Russia, China, and South East Asia, and it is getting a good reputation from overseas customers.
WORLD FOAM is our brand polyurethane foam, for sealing openings. Once out of can, it starts curding in contact with air humidity. It guarantees cracks or openings to be tightly sealed vibration and noise from the outside.
WORLD PLUS 65 is a fire-retardant foam that have self-extinguishability. It can produce foam of maximum 65per can in the most optimum condition and is also possible to use small amount work by using dual Adapter.
WORLD FOAM BOND is one component polyurethane foam adhesive that can be used to bond polystyrene (EPS, XPS), board and a variety of interior materials. It is environmentally friendly product with excellent insulation and adhesive function.
