For waste, it is not over till it is. At least, today, it holds water; many scientists find ways to keep recycling it as a renewable energy source. In this sense, Korea’s WONJIN NB TECH is running up front with its latest technology in the recycling industry.
Since 2009, the company has been contributing to, through competitive technology, building an environmentally friendly city. Its main business is about turning industrial wastewater into new resources. This technology is called “sludge drying.”
Especially, WONJIN’s multi-step sludge drying unit is extensively customizable. Each layer has a heat plate where sludge can stay longer than usual and becomes dehydrated. Since this machine can process the liquid-based sludge up to 99%, it is applicable to a high-density waste treatment facility. All in all, this sludge drier, thanks to its high efficiency, is rather a simple structure and takes little space to install, which eventually lowers its maintenance cost.
