Yam Gruel
The yam gruel developed and produced by N-Choice is provided in various types, including the green tea & garlic, vegetable worms, ginko nut, mushroom condonopsis lanceolata, broccoli, pumpkin, coccidentalis, and buckwheat bud mulberry leaves. For the method to eat yam gruel is first pour cold or warm water into a cup or bowl, and take proper amount of yam gruel of about 4~5 spoons, and stir well. Honey, sugar or salt can be added, and milk or soy milk can be poured in. Also, the yam gruel products can be eaten as snacks.
Powder
The powders are also provided in various types, including yam, broccoli, mulberry leaves, condonopsis lanceolata, and chamcham meal blue cereal. Normally, one powder is about 150~200g in content, and each type are all 100% natural ingredients. For example, the yam powder is 100% yam and the broccoli powder is 100% broccoli included.
