Hot & Cold Forging Products
The hot & cold forging by Kangjin Tech Co., LTD includes the processes of planning and molding through CAD, CAE, materials cutting, ASB (SHOT), heating, shot blasting, final testing, and forwarding. The characteristics of Kangjin Tech Co., LTD forging products are that the volume can be adjusted constantly for each suction, with high collection rate. Since the volume is adjustable, and mold longevity is very high, and due to the automation of the manufacturing process, it results in high productivity.
Also, the work standardization is enabled, and can reduce worker’s fatigue and manpower. Equipment used for the forging products are, the knuckle press 650 ton and 400 ton, power press 110 ton and 80 ton for the cold forging products. Moreover, for the hot forging products, cutting machine 400 ton, heating furnace 650 kw, circle rolling M/C, robot 20kg / 3EA, hot forging press 1,600 ton are used. The forging products are supplied to form core components for the automobiles, such as in engines, gearboxes, steering apparatus, and brakes. The hot forging technology of CWR, in other words, cross wedge rolling was developed and introduced by the company, which is two drums of certain size. This CWR technology enable to put matrix between the two drums and rotate to distribute the volume as certain shapes to makes a form.
