Annealing Pickling Line
The Annealing Pickling Line is a stainless steel, Cu / Cu alloy for continuous annealing and pickling.
The temperature goes up from 650 °C to 1,050 °C. APL uses floating system, and the HMI system is applied for easy and convenient operation. Also the ceramic fiber structure enable maximum insulation and reduction in running cost.
Roller Hearth Type Heat Treatment Furnace
The roller hearth type heat treatment furnace is applied to area including wire multiple small products or visualizing the annealing of steel bars, and to normalize heat treatment. The roller hearth type heat treatment furnace uses the computer for the consecutive or batch type, and automated operation is possible. Also, the product reduces combustion energy with the heat exchange machine. Lastly, nitrogen and endothermic gases are used.
Mesh Belt Type Furnace
The mesh belt type furnace is applied to continuous annealing of small quantity batch production, and on holding furnace integrated production. The mesh belt type furnace applied to area including wire multiple small products or visualizing the annealing of steel bars, and to normalize heat treatment. The product features high efficiency and high-speed dissolving ability, and the 60% of energy is used for the reflection of light. Also, minimum installation space is used for easy molten management.
