With turbo heating function and high heat efficiency up to 90%, compared with 60% of the
standard electric fryer and 45% of a gas fryer, the frying time is significantly reduced, resulting in energy saving and lowering temperatures in the kitchen at the same time. As the fryer is also designed to lower the oxidation of frying oil, it reduces oil use.
