Taesoo Samgyetang is produced by the Korean famous food brand, Sajo Group. First of all, Samgyetang is a chicken soup made with a small, whole chicken and ginseng. It is an iconic summer dish in Korea. Samgyetang produced by Sajo Group was exported to Japan as early as 1992 and is exported to China through RTS, starting in 2016. In addition, it is this group, Sajo, that leads the Korean meat industry by establishing the value of national safe food. In 2006, Sajo’s HACCP system management was recognized in the management of the Livestock Products HACCP operation. By passing the strict food control laws of China, Sajo has been able to register one of the six slaughterhouses and five processing factories for export of chicken soup to China.
