NO. 1907C09] Haeyeareum is a premium sea salt that offers an optimum mineral balance by maturing sea salt from on the island of Docho in Jeollanam-do, Korea, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, for five years. In the production process, no chemical materials or artificial dehydration are used, and it does not go through washing and bleaching procedures. Five year aging after only two impurities processing lowers water lowers bittern down to 5% with mineral balance intact to ensure that consumers are able to consume healthily flavored sea salt.

Haeyeareum flavored sea salt is made by mixing concentrated juice that is extracted from carefully selected local products to crude salt, and then re-aging it.
The truffle, black garlic, and red ginseng flavored sea salt can be used in meat dishes, while the citrus flavored sea salt is ideal for fish dishes; and the Bokbunja, strawberry, blueberry flavored sea salt can be used for desserts, salads, confectionery, and bakery products. Consisting of products suitable for the kitchen, the outdoors, and refills, it is contained in grinders, glass bottles, and pouches to satisfy consumers’ convenience.
Haeyeareum Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 and has since been producing premium flavored sea salt. The company is seeking to enhance product safety through FDA and FSSC2200 certification and has also been awarded two Gold Stars by iTQi and selected as HIT500.
