With addition of Ceramide, this product helps ease eyes exhausted due to lashes attached.
It has been certified by the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), a European notification system.
Noon’s Up clear type is transparent when dried and can be used as a

glue of double eyelids. The black type keeps black even when dried and gives an eyeliner effect. Unlike the tube type that needs to be squeezed separately for use because it is a brush type, it is easy to use because it applies glue directly to the eyelash. Apply the glue evenly to the lashes, wait for 20 seconds, and attach both ends after positioning it from the center. If you use the eyelash curler or mascara together, you can produce a more natural look. The eyelash easily falls off if you remove it by holding the outer corner of the eye.
