The Vegan·Clean Beauty Fair 2026 is scheduled to take place at COEX Hall D in Gangnam, Seoul, from July 16 to July 18, bringing together approximately 300 exhibiting companies across 350 booths for three days of concentrated trade activity.
Co-located with the 2026 Vegenomics-Vegan Fair in Seoul, the event is organized by Korea International Exhibition Co., Ltd. under the management of representative organizer Jeongmin Yoon. Pre-registration closes on July 15 at 11:59 PM KST.
Weekday hours run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, while Saturday closes at 5:00 PM. Last admission is enforced strictly 30 minutes before each daily close, and pre-registered visitors enter free of charge.

Formulation standards that go beyond marketing claims
Participating beauty brands must meet clearly defined chemical thresholds across ten ingredient categories. Sulfates and PEG compounds are restricted to a maximum of 1.0%, while 1,4-dioxane impurities must remain below 0.01% in both cases.
Synthetic fragrances are capped at 1.0%, with specific allergen labeling required above 0.01% in wash-off products and above 0.001% in leave-on formulations. Oxybenzone is permitted up to 5.0%, and triclosan is allowed only in rinse-off products at a maximum of 0.3%.
These standards apply across skincare, color cosmetics, haircare, body care, and cleansers, enabling brands without formal third-party certification to participate on the basis of measurable formulation safety.

A commercial platform built around direct trade connections
Two primary booth configurations are available: an Art Wall Booth priced at USD 3,200 for a 3m × 3m × 2.4m space, and a Space-Only option at USD 2,600 requiring a minimum booking of two units. A dedicated Vegan Food Zone offers 50 booths at KRW 1,000,000 each.
Eligible South Korean SMEs may offset costs through Government Export Support Vouchers. An International Hosted Buyers Program and a pre-event digital matchmaking portal further support exhibitors in scheduling face-to-face meetings with qualified global distributors ahead of the fair.
