Golf Ball Material
[INQ. NO. 2608C02] I-Flex™ is an ionomer engineered for golf-ball performance rather than a general-purpose grade. AMSolution controls polymerization design and ionic bonding structures to improve durability and stability under repeated strikes by approximately 15 to 30 percent over conventional ionomers.
Development focuses on crack resistance, abrasion resistance, and retention of physical properties during repeated impact. This structure maintains durability through extended use, addressing demands placed on golf-ball materials beyond their initial molding stage.
The material also considers downstream work after injection or compression molding, including grinding, painting, and adhesion. Its process-friendly design helps lower production fatigue and defect risks, supporting stable mass production and improved process efficiency.
Global golf brands and manufacturers have selected the material for several years. Its stability, durability, and performance have been verified in the market, and I-Flex™ continues to be supplied for multiple mass-produced models.

Supercritical Gas-Foamed Elastomer
Mu-Flex™ is a supercritical fluid elastomer foam developed around the MuCell® process. Based on TPU, TPEE, and related elastomers, it is intended for industries requiring both lower weight and elastic recovery in the same component.
A structure-control technique disperses and foams gas uniformly under supercritical conditions, creating a fine and consistent microcellular structure. Compared with chemical foaming, this approach combines weight reduction with rebound resilience and resistance to compression set.
AMSolution owns MuCell® foaming equipment and supplies dedicated materials optimized for customer molds. The company works from process-condition optimization through final performance tuning, connecting formulation design with actual production requirements.
