Camera-Based Motion Gaming
[INQ. NO. 2609C05] HAMO is a motion-gaming solution that lets older adults control on-screen activities through real physical movement. A camera recognizes reaching, hand motions, walking, and balance exercises in real time, eliminating the need for wearable sensors.
The interface is designed for intuitive participation by people who may be unfamiliar with digital devices. Users move in front of a screen, while the system translates their actions directly into game control without requiring complicated handheld operation.

More than 20 activities include balloon popping, obstacle avoidance, cognitive training, and games using both hands. The content encourages upper- and lower-body movement alongside cognitive practice, with one- and two-player modes for individual or group sessions.
Adjustable difficulty allows staff to match activities to different participants, while scores and immediate feedback add interest to repetition. The game format supports continued engagement instead of presenting exercise as a purely mechanical sequence of movements.

During play, HAMO automatically evaluates motion and records changes across strength, balance, and cognition. It tracks joint positions and movement, storing each participant’s activity history so progress can be reviewed over time rather than observed informally.
Administrators can consult participation histories and functional changes through a management screen and reports. These records can support consultations, program operation, and outcome reporting in day-care centers, senior welfare centers, public-health programs, and municipal initiatives.
A large-screen interface and simple operating structure suit senior-service settings. Participants follow the screen and move, while staff manage member records and results, enabling the same platform to support guided sessions and ongoing data-based program administration.
Leeboom develops senior motion-gaming and functional-management solutions that make physical activity approachable through familiar movement. Field operation in Korean welfare centers, day-care centers, and municipal programs informs continuing improvements to content and usability.
The startup is also preparing verification and localization in Japanese care facilities through cooperation with VitalDX. Its direction combines enjoyable repeated participation for older adults with the structured records institutions need to manage and evaluate programs.
