Since founded in 2004, ‘Gumcheon Sericite Corporation have been pushing forward with research and development of the mineral material of ‘Sericite’. In this regard, we have concentrated on the R & D of ‘Sericite’ and its merchandising to realize the users to see its effect or efficacy in their real life. ‘KFDA Certification’, acquired first time ever in the mineral research, affords a good example for one of our performances in the research and development. In 1989, Gumcheon registered the mining right of “Gold”, “Silver” and “Sericite” at Chungbuk Province and acquired the approval of mining, and developed Sericite that is more valuable than “Gold” and “Silver”

Uniqueness
• It has a sparkly gold gloss, and a unique pattern that resembles the annual rings on a tree.
• It is a rare form of sericite in the world.
Distinctiveness
• Sericite, the main material of Gumcheon Sericite Corp is produced in the Gumcheon Mines in Chungcheong-buk-do, one of the cleanest regions in Korea. The region is designated as a green zone by the Environment Conservation Act.
• Gumcheon Sericite is a natural mineral produced under strict regulations, including the Mining Act and the Environment Conservation Act, considering the uniqueness of the geography.
