SEOUL FOOD 2015 with its high status and tradition as Korea’s most anticipated and reputable food industry trade fair is gearing up to attract trade visitors and exhibitors this year.
Established in 1983, SEOUL FOOD has evolved with the food industry providing the best environment for exhibitors to meet and do business with many influential buyers in the world’s food and food technology sector.
This year’s show is slated to be held for four days from May 12 to 15 in KINTEX, Goyang, and will compromise eight different trade fairs — Seoul Foodtech, Seoul Foodpack, Seoul Horecatech, Seoul Food & Hotel Int’l Pavilion, Seoul Fine Food, Seoul Food Ingredients, Seoul Premium Food and Seoul Dessert & Beverage, spanning all sectors of the food industry.
The domestic and international food markets have experienced various changes in the past few years by nation, generation and class.
With the slogan “Wave on the Table,” the organizers of SEOUL FOOD 2015 are preparing to make it a genuine one-stop venue for industry insiders and professionals to bring together, interact and exchange up-to-date information about these changes and developments taking place in the food industry at home and abroad. The exhibition area will be 76,121 sqm with 3,000 booths with 1,500 exhibitors from 50 countries around the world.
