Changsan Precision has been manufacturing products mainly using the CNC lathes for the past 30 years for the product specifications requiring high-precision, and smallsize metal work according to specifications required by the customers.
Mainly, Changsan Precision supplies small precision metal parts used in automobile transmission and engine parts to customers, and also can produce and supply products to the industrial fields requiring precision machining (e.g., medical equipment, construction, etc.) as well as the automobile industry according to the drawings required by the customers. There are no fixed products in our business, and we produce precision metalworking products according to customers’ requirements.
Changsan Precision expanded and relocated its plant in the Sihwa Industrial Complex, Ansan in 2017 ands began manufacturing of components for 8 speed (front-wheel) transmission the following year.
Out of the total business volume, domestic sales account for about 60%, followed by 20% in China, 10% in Mexico and 10% in other countries. As for its main customers, Hyundai-Kia Motors takes 80%, followed by 10% with GM Chevrolet, and another 10% for FCA.
