[INQ. NO. 1907C12] Korean Red Ginseng is made by being steamed with water vapor for long-term storage and then cooked and dried. It is processed to have less than 15% moisture content through steaming and drying. Through a non-enzymatic browning reaction occurring during the manufacturing process, it has a dark brown color while being processed in a hard texture for its original shape to be maintained for a long time.
Korea Taekuk Ginseng can be categorized as a product between red
ginseng and white ginseng. The ginseng is dipped in hot water for a certain period of time, and then a part of the skin is dried. The color of the surface is pale yellowish brown, whereas the cross section has a dark brown ring similar to that of red ginseng.
Ginseng Steamed Red is a red ginseng solution made of the extract from Korean red ginseng for more than 50 hours, to bring out the original flavor and efficacy of red ginseng. Drinking one or two packs a day on an empty stomach boosts one’s physical energy.
