Food Packaging Material
[INQ. NO. 2308C43] IMPAPER is a pioneer in eco-friendly packaging, bringing a refreshing and much-needed change. As the name suggests, IMPAPER is a unique packaging material where over 50% of the content is paper, significantly reducing reliance on plastic.
The current IMPAPER series includes two highly popular products, the IMPAPER50 M-size bag and drip bag. These products have successfully disrupted conventional food packaging by significantly reducing the use of plastic.
Traditional packaging materials comprise three layers: the exterior (paper or PET), a metallic barrier layer (AL or VMPET), and an inner layer (LLDPE). IMPAPER, on the other hand, replaces the metallic barrier layer with a proprietary barrier coating.
This maintains the same barrier properties as conventional packaging while also cutting down on plastic usage, resulting in a product that effectively protects nature by ensuring over 50% paper content.
What sets IMPAPER apart is not just its commitment to reduce plastic use, but also its broader eco-friendly approach. The paper used in its production is FSC-certified, indicating a commitment to not harm the environment. Furthermore, the packaging material refrains from using PVDC, a harmful substance, ensuring that it remains safe for human contact.
Soft Pack Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, has grown into a leading enterprise specializing in coffee packaging. The company has diversified its operations into eco-friendly packaging manufacturing and distribution, along with the production of various packaging materials through silk printing, digital printing, and gravure printing.
