Currently, the HACCP-certified food company manufactures a wide variety of processed foods such as Korean rice cake, rice noodles and wheat flour freezing/cold noodles, which sell under its own brands and on an OEM sale for Korea’s leading food companies and retailers such as CJ, Paldo, Sajo-Daelim, emart and Lotte Mart.

Since Mijung Food launched its gluten-free instant rice noodle in 2007 through joint development with the Korea Food Research Institute, it has supplied its products to local schools and big companies. The company has also been steadfastly expanding its market base into the USA, Japan and Australia, since it started exporting for the first time as a rice noodle company in Korea in 2012.

Made mainly with rice, the gluten-free rice noodle does not contain any trans fat, GMO ingredients, cholesterol and meat.
Each product includes rice noodles and stock powder.
The following four different types of products are available:
Instant rice noodles soup; Microwave cooking rice noodles; Home cooking rice noodles and Rice noodles for school meals.
The instant rice noodles can be ready to eat in 3 to 5 minutes by pouring hot water into the container or by microwaving it.
