Half-Dried Persimmon
[INQ. NO. 2408C35] Dadidan Natural Half-Dried Persimmons, specialties of Cheongdo county in North Gyeongsang province, are sweet and seedless. They contain various nutritional and healthful ingredients and can be enjoyed by all.
Persimmons selected for drying are peeled and slowly dried at low temperatures and in cold wind, which sweetens the flavor and maintains the scent, color, ingredients, and quality of the fruit. Dehydrating the persimmons three times elevates the chewy texture and completely eliminates the astringency of semi-dried persimmons.
After manufacturing, semi-dried persimmons have a moisture content of 60% and 30 Brix of sweetness. They are chewy on the outside yet soft as ripe persimmon on the inside.

Dried Persimmon
Dadidan Soft & Moist Dried Persimmon undergoes the same manufacturing process as semi-dried persimmons but is cut into three to four small pieces for easy eating. The sweetness level increases during the drying process, and the texture becomes chewy while maintaining the original color.

Dried persimmons contain vitamins, minerals, and natural compounds that function as antioxidants, effective for strengthening immunity, slowing aging, preventing colds, and recovering from fatigue. After manufacturing, they contain about 35% moisture and more than 50 Brix of sugar.

Dadidan Cool & Sweet Icy Soft Persimmon is made by peeling seedless persimmons, maintaining their natural sweetness. A variety of dishes can be made with persimmons using different recipes.

Persimmon Jam
Dadidan Persimmon Jam, offered by the Agricultural Corporation Cheongdo Wongam Co., Ltd., comes in 350g pouches and 180g stick packs (15g x 12 sticks per box). Using a low-temperature vacuum system at 55°C, the jam preserves the natural sweetness, with an advantage of minimal nutrient destruction. Semi-dried persimmons are added to enhance chewiness.
The packaging minimizes air contact, ensuring freshness and quality while reducing the risk of breakage. The stick pack variant is particularly convenient for outdoor activities or home use. Unlike traditional jams, Dadidan Persimmon Jam uses less sugar and includes fructo-oligosaccharide, balancing taste and health considerations.
